They told me my car would be ready by end of the day 6:00pm, but it was ready already by 3:30pm. I was very happy with all the staff members professionalism. I had told them how I had a BAD experience with Maita Toyota and will not tolerate bad costumer service. I did not need to worry about anything at Elk Grove Toyota, they were excellent!!! More

Poor customer service I had service done for Airbag Recall. The service was completed in a timely manner. However their customer service needs improvement. The email I received from Toyota said to pull in to the "Far Left Lane 1". When I pulled into Lane 1 I was informed that I should be in Lane 4. It was very difficult to move to Lane 4 because there were cars behind me and next to me. I had to ask the technician to move my car for me. This is not the first time I was misdirected to the proper lane. Also when I asked for an update of my Navigation System I was informed it's a USB. I went to the Parts Department to get the USB and they told me it's not USB or CD but they had to use some scanner and it would take a long time to update the Navigation System. I will go to another Toyota dealer to update my Navigation System. More
