My experience at Elk Grove Toyota I brought my car in early Friday morning. The hazard light was on and the message was not to drive the car. One symbol that kept coming on was electro I brought my car in early Friday morning. The hazard light was on and the message was not to drive the car. One symbol that kept coming on was electronic brake malfunction. I have a Prius. I left my car and checked out a rental since I was told it could take until Monday or Tuesday for them to get the car checked out. Monday afternoon I received a call saying it is the water pump and okayed the work. They called Tuesday saying it was completed. All went well I was just disappointed by the time it took to get to the repair. They did pay for 2 of the 5 days of car rental fees which helped. People were friendly, some construction going on when I picked up my car. More

Then I met Victor Reynoso and he was very apologetic. He kept me up to date with my car’s progress. When he told me that they have to keep my car overnigher because they have to order some parts, he told me he will have it taken cared off first thing in the morning and should be ready by 9:30-10:00. He stayed true to his words. I am really happy with the service I received at Toyota Elk Grove. Thank you again, Victor! More

The Service Adviser was com I recently moved to the Elk Grove area and took my Toyota Highlander Hybrid to Elk Grove Toyota for its scheduled service. The Service Adviser was competent and wrote up the service order promptly. I commented that I had called and scheduled the service appointment and was surprised that he did not have the vehicle VIN as I had provided it when I made the appointment on the phone. I also commented that I had been a little frustrated with their online appointment system as I could not add a vehicle to my account online. (I had no problem scheduling my other vehicle previously. I guess they were not expecting me to have multiple Toyotas.) The work was performed in a timely fashion and I was on my way in a little over an hour. More
