recent visit Michael Lau was very pleasant and helpful and even walked out to my car to check the compartment filter because my glove box was locked. I had one with me that was given to me a part of a service agreement when we bought the car and it hadn't been changed yet, He told me it could wait a while longer. I scheduled what the person told me I needed at 55,000 which was an oil change, tire rotation, etc. I called because it wasn't clear when I tried to do an online appt. When I arrived, I was told I only needed tire rotation which maybe could have waited 5,000 more miles and saved a trip. I also arranged for my husband to take me home because I was told it was a 2 hour appt. I barely got home and was told the car was ready for pick up. I would have waited in your lobby had I known. Lastly, I've mentioned this before that, while a car wash is a very nice service, cars need to have Elk Grove water dried off because it leaves water spots that cannot be removed after they are dried. I have a black car and this water can ruin the paint if left on to dry. Michael asked on the paper work that the car be dried. Maybe parts were but certainly no great effort. The top was completely wet as was the passenger side and back. I therefore, dried my entire car off with paper towels as did the lady next to me. Please do something about this. Other places also wash cars a courtesy. More
