I have purchased a number of vehicles at this dealership for my family and my employer. This time I worked with Bill Gann on what initially was going to be a replacement for my company vehicle a 2012 Prius for my family and my employer. This time I worked with Bill Gann on what initially was going to be a replacement for my company vehicle a 2012 Prius V. It turned out to be a wonderful surprise from my employer who purchased the 2021 RAV4 Hybrid that I ordered through Bill and gifted it to me for my pending retirement next year. The purchase process was seamless, except for my lack of some programming knowledge on my Iphone which needs to be linked to the new vehicle. Given the current Covid 19 restrictions and protocols Bill and the staff did a great job delivering the new vehicle. Their service department is great too! They have taken good care of my and the company vehicles for many years. More
