This is the 2nd car we have bought from Elk Grove Toyota within 8 years! Our whole family deeply appreciate the effort of Fleet Manager Brian Rea who helped my 17 years order son to find a brand new Corolla within 8 years! Our whole family deeply appreciate the effort of Fleet Manager Brian Rea who helped my 17 years order son to find a brand new Corolla. During the pandemic, the electronic chips are in short and people find it is hard to buy a new car. Brian is friendly and experienced! He acted professionally to search though the computer inventory and found one in transit. Brian help us to secure the car and we did the purchase just within 2 weeks including the transit of the vehicle and all the paper work. In the meantime, we were well informed where the car was and informed to come down to the dealership to finish the purchase papers timely. Another great guy there is Lee Saeteune who help us to get through every step of the finance related matters. He is a pro with explanation of everything we may be interested. Easy, fast and straight forward! Pleasure experience! We strongly recommend Elk Grove Toyota and we will surely come back if we need another car! More

I’m very confident every Elk Grove Toyota customer comes out happy and satisfied with their car buying experience. You know why? Because they don’t charge MARK UPS on every vehicle they sell ever! No catch. No buts and no ifs! It is very frustrating that most of the car dealerships out there charge up to 15K mark ups. It seems opportunistic and greedy because people need to buy cars and there’s a car shortage due to microchip supply issue. Well, bless the hearts of the owners of Toyota Elk Grove and all the staff. That 5-15K mark up can be used for something very important. Special mention to Bill Gann. Super cool internet manager. He’s very efficient and thorough. He made sure all my questions are answered. He went above and beyond by making sure I got the best deal on other services as well. Bought our Highlander Hybrid form Elk Grove Toyota and it was 5 Star treatment all the way. Bill Gann, our salesman was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Patrick in Financing was 5 Star treatment all the way. Bill Gann, our salesman was very pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy in the least. Patrick in Financing was fast and accommodating to our wishes. Best of all when most dealerships are price-gouging customers by charging $5-7k over sticker, Elk Grove did not charge one penny more. Love my new Highlander and the service we received. We will be return customers for certain. More
