Horrible!!! John Thorpe didn’t want to sell us the car because we weren’t financing through them, came pre approved with a cashiers check for Elk Grove Toyota and apparently they don’t take cashiers check because we weren’t financing through them, came pre approved with a cashiers check for Elk Grove Toyota and apparently they don’t take cashiers checks from a bank, never heard of that anywhere else and when the bank called him he claimed he “wasn’t there all week” when we drove an hour and a half two days in a row to go buy a brand new Camry and was there with him in specific, If your not gonna finance through them they will make it impossible to buy a car here. Still tried to run our credit and said we needed “backup financing” even though we already had approved financing through a credit union. Horrible service, finance department is horrible, they just want people to finance through them. Wish they had 0 stars More

We started our truck buying journey with Zaheen (client care specialist) she kept us in the loop, she was very kind and answered my endless questions. When our truck arrived we then dealt with Alfredo who care specialist) she kept us in the loop, she was very kind and answered my endless questions. When our truck arrived we then dealt with Alfredo who did our paperwork and finalize our sale, he was great! He was also very kind and answered more of my endless questions. We went on to the finance manager, Adam Niazi, and to my surprise we again had a very kind Person to deal with, he was very thorough with the papers we signed, didn’t try to sell us on a bunch of stuff we didn’t need (I appreciate that). After years of buying Toyota’s from other dealerships it was an extremely nice change. I never felt like I was standing in front of a dreaded car salesman. I highly recommend Elk Grove Toyota.
