It all started thanks to Zaheen Dean-Ali picking up my call. Before this, I have called more than 15 Toyota dealerships already, 2 of them don’t have mark ups but the waitlist is too long that we would be call. Before this, I have called more than 15 Toyota dealerships already, 2 of them don’t have mark ups but the waitlist is too long that we would be able to have the car NEXT YEAR and some dealerships have 5k-10k mark up price….not Elk Grove Toyota. Zaheen took care of my request for being on a waitlist, we got fortunate that we are within 50-mile radius for us to be on the list though we are just a backup just in case the person who ordered the Rav4 Prime don’t want it anymore for some reason. Luckily, she didn’t like the color so Zaheen called us to see the car. She was always updating us time to time. Kudos to Zaheen, 100/10 stars for you. I’m recommending David and Duong Vue for helping us getting the best deal for our car. Duong did his best for us to get the best interest and the best Toyota Care Premium Warranty. When Elk Grove Toyota says “no mark up”, it is the REAL thing. First time I have experienced the real”no haggle” More

I bought a brand new RAV4 Hybrid yesterday and looking back my experience with Sales was really disappointing. One caveat to the customer experience was the financial manager who helped me and was extreme back my experience with Sales was really disappointing. One caveat to the customer experience was the financial manager who helped me and was extremely kind. However, while I was test driving, I had to guide the conversation and ask 20 some-odd questions about the vehicle's features only to get a 1 or 2 word answer. It made me feel really bad and I kept thinking "Am I a waist of time? Do I look like a joke?" After talking with my partner, WE decided the car was the best choice for our household. The big kick came at the end when I went to go pick up the car, I saw another family pose in front of their new car while an associate took their photo. I was rushed to inspect and then once I initialed everyone disappeared. I felt kind of drop-kicked. If you can find another dealership who delivers a more consistent "happy customer experience", I would recommend it. More
