This was the best experience I could have asked for, everyone was helpful, answered all my questions even when I asked the same question twice. I purchased a used RAV4 that was in excellent condition and Bill was very honest and showed me the small scratch on the front so I was well aware of any imperfections before sitting down to talk numbers. They asked what I needed and made it happen. Jordan, who I believe is the owner, came in and sat down asked me how everything was going, my opinions on my experience, and spent the time to make sure I was taken care of. The finance person, Samir, took time to show and explain to me the benefits of a warranty and let me choose what I felt was the right one so that my car is protected. I've been to other dealerships and felt pressured and pushed through the process, this was calm, informative, and helpful.
