I found my vehicle online, in transit, so I called and was connected to Bill Gann. He was an excellent person to work with. He made everything go smooth from taking my trade in, to being as transparent as was connected to Bill Gann. He was an excellent person to work with. Everyone was very nice, and it didn’t take all day,, They’ve been great to me, honest with me, and I’ll purchase again!! I’m not exactly comfortable in an SUV, now, as I’m older, but I just couldn’t see going anywhere else. Had an accident, need to get this repaired, and look at a smaller vehicle, for me and just ONE DOG now,, I’m happy with Toyota Elk Grove. More
