The other unusual time is that new vehicles are very hard to come by, especially if you are looking for a fully loaded plug-in hybrid like the RAV4 PRIME; and we are very picky on the color!!! I worked Carleigh and her team since September 2021 and they finally delivered!! Yay!!! I'm so happy because this is our dream car!!! Throughout the process, Carleigh and her team never get tired of me spamming her (the table has turned that customers are spamming car dealers!). She is always prompt in answering my questions and in keeping me informed. The lack of vehicles coming through w/ the exact specs is not the dealership's issue but it's more of a global issue. I appreciate Carleigh and her team so much in getting our dream car! She addressed our concern on the day of pickup right away.
