Elk Grove Toyota advertises no dealer mark up, but unfortunately that does not make up for their complete lack of customer service. I was assured that a vehicle was being held for me and I would be no unfortunately that does not make up for their complete lack of customer service. I was assured that a vehicle was being held for me and I would be notified when it arrived and would have 48 hours to claim it. I was contacted when the car arrived at the dealer, but then I was informed that the car was no longer being held for me due to the sales woman's mistake. She did however promise that the car would be held until the end of the day so I could make the two hour drive. While I was driving there she texted me "the car is sold"... no call to explain, just a text. After an unbelievably bad experience I do not recommend doing business here. If you are brave enough to shop here, be sure to ask for any sales person other than Earlene. More
