Yes, you can get a car there for msrp but……. NOBODY thanked me for buying my car there. Not even the general manager. No One showed me any features on my car. No one even showed me where the service center was!!!! I have bought many, many cars in my lifetime and always I received at least an email from the general manager. I was very disappointed and even gave them 3 months. Nothing. After one month I took off the Elk Grove Toyota license plate holder! Why should I give them free advertising. Oh, and the booklet keeper was a cheap, probably $.25 thing with their logo and numbers allover it. It went in the trash and I spent a few bucks on a Toyota one that is very, very nice. More
