We have been driving Toyotas since 1972, starting with a Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sa Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. The sales experience was at the most satisfactory. Then we purchased a Sienna from Elk Grove Toyota and Mark Fusselman ... what a wonderful change. Mark made us feel that we were special to him and provided us with service beyond anything we had experienced before. With that in mind when we decided to trade the Sienna for a new Venza there was no hesitation in choosing Elk Grove Toyota and Mark for the purchase. We were not disappointed ... Once again Mark responded to our every need with over the top professional service, including helping setup the remote switches for the garage and gate openers. We will certainly not consider any other company when it comes time to make our next choice. William Pugh More
