We have purchased two new vehicles and one used vehicles in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. Along with our purchases we choose to have our maintenance done at Elk Grove although we live in Folso in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. Along with our purchases we choose to have our maintenance done at Elk Grove although we live in Folsom which is about 32 miles away. We love working with Brian Rea, he is so helpful and tries to give us the best deal that he can. I can't say for sure but I think he has given us some of his commission to help us get the deal we wanted. Not that we would ever go to any other Toyota dealer after our first purchase experience. Why would we do this? Because of the staff at Elk Grove Toyota! And we will keep returning because of many things. For instance I like the fact that we don't get pressured by any of the sales team. I have while waiting for service on one of our vehicles walked around looking at the inventory and never once have I felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a newer vehicle. this is not what my experience has been like at other dealerships. And speaking about getting service done, the service team, all the members, treat me with respect. They actively listen to what I have to say and know exactly what needs to be done. Financing was very easy and the staff in the Finance department were very helpful and understanding. Everyone worked to get me the best rate available. The staff have always made me feel like I was their most important customer, we will continue to make the drive to Elk Grove! Sorry Folsom Lake Toyota! More

We did not intend to buy a Prius today, just out comparing prices as we have been doing for some time now. But after just a few minutes of arrival, John greeted us and showed us their selection of P comparing prices as we have been doing for some time now. But after just a few minutes of arrival, John greeted us and showed us their selection of Priuses. The prices were comparable to the others we've seen, but what got our attention was John's willingness to keep our interest by informing us of the special deals. He was upfront and committed to working with us until the end. We were at the dealer for more time than I had planned or ever expected, but John and his team were patient and accommodating to our needs and expectations. Afterward, Debra was very informative and helpful as we were finishing with our contract. Overall, this Toyota dealer made a commonly stressful situation a non-threatening, pleasurable experience and we are very happy with the time spent there, and of course, our brand new 2010 Prius. Thank you everyone at Elk Grove Toyota who made this happen! More

We have been driving Toyotas since 1972, starting with a Corolla 1200, then a Corolla 5 speed, a Celeica, a Corolla GTS, Two Cressidas, an Avalon ... all purchased from Dealers in the San Jose area. Then we purchased a Sienna from Elk Grove Toyota and Mark Fusselman ... what a wonderful change. Mark made us feel that we were special to him and provided us with service beyond anything we had experienced before. With that in mind when we decided to trade the Sienna for a new Venza there was no hesitation in choosing Elk Grove Toyota and Mark for the purchase. We were not disappointed ... Once again Mark responded to our every need with over the top professional service, including helping setup the remote switches for the garage and gate openers. We will certainly not consider any other company when it comes time to make our next choice. William Pugh More
