Contrary to my prior belief that dealership service dept.'s were way over-priced, I had shopped around after our warranties had expired and found that not to be the case - their service pricing was fair. Their customer lounge is top-notch (and very clean). We have found their sales rep.'s to be knowledgable & well-trained, and most of all - not pushy (what we hate more then anything!). Buying our Highlander there over 4 years ago was the best car purchase experience that my wife & I have had in over 30 years of car-buying. We would like for them to carry a broader selection of used vehicles. We tried to buy our daughter a used car there a couple of years ago but the choices were few in our price range. More

I had Nissan Sentra for over 6 years, But I had lot of problems with it in past 6 years, very time I go to dealer, some new problem arises. Basically I was fed up. He was in his 50's but highly active. His quality of work was excellent, he showed me every single car that I can Imagine and then he funnel down to the best car I like. everybody from sales person to Finance guy and then Lesley (who was super awesome to connect my Iphone with car's Bluetooth) were Unique. I dont have a words to describe. If Curtis was active and Smart, Finance guy was Professional and soft. Lesley was technical and good employee. We started 0ut to buy a used certified used Camry but after a good discussion with Scott, decided that a new one was our best option. We have purchased two new vehicles and one used vehicles in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. Along with our purchases we choose to have our maintenance done at Elk Grove although we live in Folso in the past five years from Elk Grove Toyota. We love working with Brian Rea, he is so helpful and tries to give us the best deal that he can. I can't say for sure but I think he has given us some of his commission to help us get the deal we wanted. Not that we would ever go to any other Toyota dealer after our first purchase experience. Why would we do this? Because of the staff at Elk Grove Toyota! And we will keep returning because of many things. For instance I like the fact that we don't get pressured by any of the sales team. I have while waiting for service on one of our vehicles walked around looking at the inventory and never once have I felt like I was being pushed into purchasing a newer vehicle. this is not what my experience has been like at other dealerships. And speaking about getting service done, the service team, all the members, treat me with respect. They actively listen to what I have to say and know exactly what needs to be done. Financing was very easy and the staff in the Finance department were very helpful and understanding. Everyone worked to get me the best rate available. We did not intend to buy a Prius today, just out comparing prices as we have been doing for some time now. The prices were comparable to the others we've seen, but what got our attention was John's willingness to keep our interest by informing us of the special deals. He was upfront and committed to working with us until the end. We were at the dealer for more time than I had planned or ever expected, but John and his team were patient and accommodating to our needs and expectations. Afterward, Debra was very informative and helpful as we were finishing with our contract. Overall, this Toyota dealer made a commonly stressful situation a non-threatening, pleasurable experience and we are very happy with the time spent there, and of course, our brand new 2010 Prius.
