Great service. The service that I received was exceptional from the time I scheduled my appointment to the time that I picked up my vehicle. When making the appointment via telephone, I was told what lanes to pull into when I arrive at the dealership. The email reminder was unexpected but it was what I needed to put the appointment on my calendar. I was greeted promptly upon my arrival at the dealership service department, service order written up and I was asked if I needed transportation back home. The shuttle arrived promptly at the time that I was told it would be back & I was the first person dropped off. Finally, I received a $12.00 discount as a VIP which was also unexpected. In fact, I was not aware that I had "VIP" status. Again, great service & a job well done. More
