Major repair of my 4 - runner A lot of work had to be done to my 4-runner so I was authorized a rental car. Everything went well except the wrong radiator was delivered so it took A lot of work had to be done to my 4-runner so I was authorized a rental car. Best car buying experience i've ever had! Elk Grove Toyota and Scott Nannini did great at taking care of me. I got exactly the 4Runner I wanted for the price I expected to pay and even a slig Elk Grove Toyota and Scott Nannini did great at taking care of me. I got exactly the 4Runner I wanted for the price I expected to pay and even a slightly better interest rate than i thought i would get. Typically i never look forward to the car buying experience, Elk Grove Toyota and Scott changed that for me! We were able to come to an agreement through text messaging, they held the 4Runner and the deal for me until i could get there the next day. Once i got there, I signed and was out of there about 1 hour later - it was great!! Every other car buying experience I've had took many hours of negotiating and waiting for lord knows what but not at this dealership! PS - The I think the Costco membership pricing deal helped a lot too! More
