Excellent Customer Care I went to Elk Grove Toyota to get my car smog checked. I had to go there because my check engine light was on. Also checked my tires told me the tread on the back tires was low and gave me prices for the tires but didn't push me to do it right then and there. I appreciate going in to get my one thing done and not being up-sold a bunch of other items . It makes me trust their word the next time I come in and do need something else. More

Cashier lady needs to go home early. brought my tundra for a change oil, smog inspection, etc. it took a longer time for it to be finished. Thank goodness for the fleet service. It was the first time to use it (didn't know that they can drop/pick you up as far as my place). Glad also that they can still pick you up even if it was past 6 pm. Everybody from David, to the lady driver of the service, and to the guy who brought the truck to the driveway were genuinely friendly. I could've given this review a 5 stars if the cashier lady was friendlier or smiling. Guess she is ready to go home. Kudos to the lady driver and to the guy who brought the truck in front- they were still smiling and it did look genuine. More

Great selection, hassle free sale! Linda Dang and Elk Grove Toyota got us the SCION we were having a hard time finding. We visited 2 other dealerships and they not only did not have the Linda Dang and Elk Grove Toyota got us the SCION we were having a hard time finding. After contacting Elk Grove we received prompt followup calls and answers to our questions.
