Will never buy or refer anyone to Elk Grove. If if were not for the quality of product, I would not have bought. It was the aftercare that was terrible. Once the car was committed me and they cashed on of the down payment checks, the service went straight to "_ _ _ _ ". No one honored anything that was said initially. I had Costco pricing in hand when a friend in the car business recommended that I go to Elk Grove Toyota and see if they could do better on finding my 2013 Limited Highlander after not having a great exp business recommended that I go to Elk Grove Toyota and see if they could do better on finding my 2013 Limited Highlander after not having a great experience at the first dealership I went to. Turned out to be really great advice. My specs were found at another dealership and arrangements were made to transfer the vehicle to Elk Grove. I assumed it would take at least a week but was surprised when it was transferred the next day and it was a Saturday to boot. I was offered an even better deal than the pricing I had in hand. I filled out the online credit application and by the time my vehicle was ready my financing was ready too. Everything was explained thoroughly during the whole process. My Wife and I then met with vehicle specialist who taught us everything we needed to know about operating our new Highlander. In minutes my IPhone was connected and my contacts and music were synced. My Wife wanted to take the maiden trip home and she was thrilled with my choice and the entire experience. Thank you Jeremy, John, and the specialist whose name I just don't recall. You guys were awesome! Mike Jones More
I went to Elk Grove Toyota to purchase a truck that they had in stock and wouldn't trade with Folsom Lake Toyota who I usually work with. Adam Niazi had helped my daughter get a used car and was so patient, had in stock and wouldn't trade with Folsom Lake Toyota who I usually work with. Adam Niazi had helped my daughter get a used car and was so patient, informative and nice to her. I asked for him only and didn't want to work with anyone else. His sales manager, SAAD took credit for Adam's attibutes when I told him how well he had done. Not "yes, he is a good employee and ......". I didn't feel like Chris Her in finance was respectful when we said we wanted to write a check and not get extra things. I don't like the high pressure when buying a car is why I go to John Key at Folsom Lake Toyota. I was very pleased with Adam and he made this purchase less painful. He should be commended for his customer service and low pressure service he gave me. I would recommend Adam if someone needed to go to Elk Grove Toyota. More
So on a Saturday I bring in our 2011 Toyota Prius to be serviced. The wait is a little long so I walk around the lot just looking at cars. Thinking I might trade in our Toyota Sienna and get a more fuel serviced. The wait is a little long so I walk around the lot just looking at cars. Thinking I might trade in our Toyota Sienna and get a more fuel efficient car. Long Truong one of the sales people asked if I was looking for a new car. I told him I was just in for a service of my car. He asked if I had heard about the 0% financing. I told him that my credit score was low. He then said if you have above a 620 I grantee you that I will get you 0%. Then he wanted to go and run my score. I told him no I do anything without the wife saying it is O.K. He gave me his card and I went home and told my wife. So we went in to see if we would indeed get 0%. Well we did and now we have a 2013 Prius III an upgrade from our 2011 Prius II. So my wife LOVES her new car. Her first NEW car. Long was great and so was John Thorpe. John ran us through the paperwork and explained everything and in the end it was a great deal for us. We would have liked to get more for our trade but what can you expect they are in the car business buy low and sell high. But all of that doesn’t matter we are happy with what the deal we got and its 0% as opposed to 14.9%... They have made me a return customer as long as they keep Long Truong and John Thorpe I will be back for years to come. We bought our other car from a local Toyota dealership. (starts with an “M”) they will never see me again… More

Upon exiting the car, I noticed a trail of fluid on my drive. I investigated further, and within minutes, it appeared that the entire contents of some fluid that was originally contained within my car, was now on my garage floor. I immediately started to panic. I live on a very tight budget, and to someone without auto knowledge began to get physically and emotionally upset over what appeared to be a major mechanical problem that I knew I did not have the resources to immediately afford. I really had no one to talk to who could give me advice. I subsequently got on the Internet to try and see if I could find any information about what the problem might be. This just added to my stress. I didn't even know what the fluid leaking was? The problems ranged from very serious to seemingly simple. There was a great deal of information from angry customers who had a similar problem and the information they were providing is that there was a hose that was recalled due to fatigue at 90k miles. Multiple blog entries indicated costs up to $4k because of the damage the oil caused as a result of the leak. All the entries warned that the dealership would try and tell you that the damage was not covered by the recall event. My car has 106k miles, and I was convinced I was in for a very expensive fix and a fight. Becoming more and more overwhelmed by the moment, I called Elk Grove Toyota. Adam in Sales answered the phone. I asked if the dealership would take a broken car as a trade in? I explained what I was up against. Adam made me a priority. We discussed all my options. I was probably a bit hysterical. He kept calm. He told me he would help me get through it. He started to help me form a plan. He told me that I shouldn't do anything until we found out what was wrong with the car. He kept refocusing me back to the plan. Call AAA in the morning, tow the car to Elk Grove Toyota, see what the problem is first. Again, I have to reiterate, I was distraught. I kept telling him I couldn't afford a huge mechanical bill. He told me I could fill out a credit app, just in case I wanted to purchase a new vehicle, but told me he wanted me to wait and see what the problem was first. I was at rock bottom. To ease my mind, Adam told me about the dealership. He told me that because of the volume of cars sold, Elk Grove Toyota had many lenders for almost any situation. Adam also told me that Elk Grove's prices were the best around, so if buying a new car was the only solution, he knew we could find me a car for a reasonable price. I told him I knew I wouldn't be happy without another Avalon. I really love that car! Again, Adam told me not to think about replacing it just yet. He said we should wait to see what was wrong with the car first. He told me to get some sleep, that he would be working the next day, and to let him know when I was at the dealership. Before Adam got off work, he telephoned me to see how I was doing. (I really was a mess!) The following day, I effected the plan. My car was towed to Elk Grove Toyota. My service writer was Mark Kleefield, who was also very nice and told me not to worry. I told Mark I needed a rental car. Mark told me that if the bill was over $400, he would comp me the rental car. It's important to know that this is one of the reasons why I bring my car to Elk Grove Toyota for service. I like that they do this. I picked up my rental car keys and then went out on the sales floor to find Adam. Adam's smile and caring demeanor made me feel like I was being greeted by a friend. We had already discussed the variety of cars I might be able to afford if I needed a new ride. He took me around to see a few that he thought I might be interested in. He introduced me to Scions, which I knew nothing about, and it was apparent that he knew his merchandise. I had a lot of questions about the different Toyota sedan models. Based on my personal needs, we concluded that I really preferred another Avalon, but a Camry could be an option. He spent about an hour with me, answering questions and showing me cars. He kept telling me to hope for the best outcome with my Avalon. He repeatedly told me how good Toyotas were and that I had at least another 100k miles to go on mine. The long and short of this situation is this: Adam could have been the sleazy used car salesman that is so stereotypical in these situations. An old woman alone, in crisis, not able to see past the problem. He could have played off my stress and sold me a car. I wasn't thinking rationally. Instead, he helped me focus, created a plan for me, and even indulged my desire to look at all the pretty and brand new cars in the lot. He never once tried to sell me a car. I felt like he understood my situation, understood what I needed to do, and instead of playing off my vulnerability, did what he thought was best for me. The problem with my car was a VVTI hose. My bill was $303. Mark even comped me the rental car. Elk Grove Toyota is the best. I want anyone reading this review to go see Adam if you're in the market for a car. He is an honest, respectful guy. And, contrary to most people's perception of car dealers, Elk Grove Toyota is as honorable as they come. I would send my elderly mother there to buy a car. Bottom line, I will be talking about my experience with Adam and this dealership for many years to come. I will be buying my next cars there too. Oh, and by the way, it didn't surprise me to find out that Adam was employee of the month, BEFORE I encountered him. To me that means he must be treating people right all the time. I was so moved by how I was treated, that I wrote the General Manager and tried to contact the owner. A business is only as good as its employees. If all the staff are like Adam (and Mark), this dealership is the best around!!!!! Terri H More

I had a horrible experience at Maita Toyota so I decided to try my luck at Elk Grove Toyota and man was it a lot better. I got a great deal on my new 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road and Linda Dang my sales to try my luck at Elk Grove Toyota and man was it a lot better. I got a great deal on my new 2013 Toyota Tacoma TRD Off Road and Linda Dang my sales associate was the best I have ever worked with when buying a car. Keep in mind I am a car guy and have bought a lot of cars so it wasn't my first time around the block. From the get go Linda Dang emailed me listings of the vehicles and then took her mobile phone and sent me multiple pictures of two trucks. It was a night and day difference compared to Maita where I had to call and beg to get a quote. When my wife and I finally made it to the dealership a salesman approached us and when we told him we were there to see Linda he walked us to the front of the showroom and called Linda over to help us. When we looked over the price I realized that when she sent the second email it had a new asking price adjusting for the automatic transmission but I only clicked on the pdf file to go over the truck's options. Therefore, I was first upset then embarrassed feeling I had driven out there for no reason and knowing I would be getting an earful from my wife on the drive back. I showed Linda that Maita had a similar vehicle competitively priced and when she came back she had dropped the price $1000.00 and we had a deal. Then Linda gave us a tour of the dealership and I have to admit I have never had a sales associate ever do that and she took us from the service area telling me where to drive when I needed an oil change and what days are the most busy, showed me the overnight drop box, showed me the lobby and where to get coffee while waiting, showed me the parts department and rest rooms and then we returned to her desk to go over the paper work. Chris Her was who we saw next and he did a great job. I actually feel bad for him because my wife and I never ever do the extended warranties or services but he did his job both professionally and without using crazy scare tactics and pressure. Believe me I have heard it all and I appreciated that he treated us the way he did and as mentioned I am sure his boss might have been upset he didn't make a sale but the fact is we just always opt out of any of the above mentioned plans. Finally they were fast, we were not in there long at all and the car was already detailed and filled with a full tank of gas. Linda walked us to the Truck and said goodbye and though I know they might not have made a lot of money on the sale I will come back to get service through them for the life of the car. Point blank the best buying experience I have ever had and when I am in the market for a new Toyota I will be going to Elk Grove Toyota and visiting with Linda Dang. More

From oil changes to major services, I've always been treated very well. So, when it came time to buying a new or new used car, I had to check out the inventory at my local Toyota dealership. First, I checked out a larger out-of-town Toyota dealership to scan their larger inventory. I will never go back. I was treated very poorly. I knew then where I was going to buy my next car. I bought my new 2013 Toyota Camry yesterday at Elk Grove Toyota and am extremely happy. Was greeted by Anthony Roman and test drove a used Camry SE and a new Camry XLE. Anthony was very pleasant during this time. He was attentive to my "wants" and "don't wants" on the car I was trying to decide on. He found my "perfect fit". I went home to sleep on it. The next day I made an inquiry on line about the "eprice" on "my car" and was promptly responded to by Linda Dang, who offered a great deal. I called Anthony and told him I would be coming in later that day to purchase "my car". We spent quite a few hours going through the typical car-buying process, but would not have had it any other way. Thanks to Anthony, with his constant care, wit and charm, this was the BEST car-buying experience imaginable. Anthony went above and beyond and provided excellent customer service. Thank you, Anthony and thank you Elk Grove Toyota =) More
From the minute my husband spoke with Linda on the phone, we knew we would buy a Toyota. We were looking for a reliable car for our graduating senior and she was able to relate her own experience when she pu we knew we would buy a Toyota. We were looking for a reliable car for our graduating senior and she was able to relate her own experience when she purchased a Toyota for her graduating son. She went over some of the features of the car that would interest us and we were impressed. Keep in mind our last car purchase was 13 years ago and we have always been Honda owners! We were able to set up an appointment that same day and actually rescheduled the appointment once. She was very accommodating. The process was pleasant and painless. We weren't too happy with the first initial interest rate, but after Linda was insistant with the finance person to look at our credit, we were actually able to purchase the car with zero interest rate! She said we were family now...we were cousins...we were family right along with her Toyota family. She kept us entertained. We're actually going to invite her to our daughter's graduation party! We hope she comes. Anyway...her customer service was excellent! We were very happy with our purchase. We will definitely refer customers to Linda! More
