Jeremy Coffelt returned my email with a very good price. after talking with Jeremy about the car I wanted it was determined they did not have the color I wanted in stock. Jeremy had a vehicle brought in from San Jose for me and held it for 7 days unitl my wife and I could get to the dealership. Once my wife and I test drove the vehicle we noticed a very nice Toyota Avalon. Jeremy quickly asked if we would like to test drive the Avalon. We did and decided we liked it better and purchased the Avalon over the Camry Jeremy had sone so much work to get for us. What GREAT customer service!. As we went off to finace Jeremy had our new vehicle go to the detail shop. While in finace Jeremy came in and advised us the detailer had noticed scratches in the rear bumber. He made us an appointmnet with the body shop and arrainged a rental for the time we would be without our new car. This helped reassure me that we were dealing with a person and dealership that truly cares about their customers. I will gladly recommend Jeremy and Elk Grove Toyota to all friends. More

Great Experience From Start to Finish I went in a few weeks ago and purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota Tacoma. I dealt with Jay on the sales side. He was friendly and knowledgeable abo I went in a few weeks ago and purchased a certified pre-owned Toyota Tacoma. I dealt with Jay on the sales side. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle and was willing answer my questions. He wasn't pushy like what you might expect form car dealers. All around he was a friendly guy. I'd recommend seeing him, Kenny in finance was a great guy, He treated my girlfriend and I very well and took plenty of time to explain all of my financing and warranty options. I also followed up with him on a few items and he was very good at getting back to me and ensuring my needs were met even after the sale was completed. Two weeks after I purchased the truck, I went in and got the clear coat interior and exterior service, working with Charles. Charles is hands down the nicest dude I've ever met. Totally genuine guy and explained to me exactly what to expect from the service that I was getting. He also gave me some tips on where I could find a good deal on some after market rims for my truck. I think we can all agree that those who work in a sales driven business model will say or do anything to close a sale.... NOT THE CASE at EG Toyota. They took care of me even after I signed my life away. From soup to nuts these guys took care of me... Ill be heading back there for my next vehicle purchase. More

When professionals are taking care of your vehicles, you feel confident about driving your car anywhere - recently, I had traveled straight from Sacramento to Nevada to Utah, Arizona, and back to Sacramento by Bakersfield, California covering almost 2,000 miles. I traveled with family members; and I am gladden that I had my 2000 Toyota Sienna serviced before this vacation trip. I did not have any problem along the way - safely getting to vacation destinations and the great sights of canyons - Bryce, Zion, and Grand - and safely back home. Great Job - Keep Up! More
