The experience from this purchase at Elk Grove Toyota is much more pleasant than the experience from first time I bought a new car from the same location 14 months ago. I am speculating that the staff knows much more pleasant than the experience from first time I bought a new car from the same location 14 months ago. I am speculating that the staff knows me better, and I have established a good financial track record by paying my past monthly dues on time. This time, price was negotiated rather quickly without the needless "guilt trips" that car salemen often impose onto their customers. Each side simply stated their prices. I ordered a pearl white Prius Plug-In which was not at the dealership, but the dealership was able to get one the next day for me. The loan application this time was also conducted promptly and completed within 15-30 minutes (last time, I spent 6 hours to get my loan application completed). I am satisfied with the speedy and painless buying experience this time. More

Walked in Looking for a Tundra, test drove one. They had to order the specific model I was looking for, which took a while, but as soon as it got there, I walked out a happy customer. Sure the sales staff p to order the specific model I was looking for, which took a while, but as soon as it got there, I walked out a happy customer. Sure the sales staff pushed for a lot of the optional stuff (i.e. alarms, warranties, etc), but they weren't extremely pushy, and they explained what everything would cost me. All in all, a great overall experience. More

Scott led us through the complete purchase process for our new 2014 Highlander Limited, options selections thru delivery. He addressed all our needs and suggested possibilities we had not considered. He contacted us at each stage of the vehicle manufacturing/delivery to advise us of status. He provided us test drives and information re: the 3rd generation Highlander. I believe he was as excited by the new Highlander as us. Knowledge, experience, attention to detail and customer advocacy were his strong points. We will return to Elk Grove Toyota for our next car and recommend contacting Scott to our friends (I asked him for several of his business cards for this purpose) More

When I made my lease-to-buy purchase on a 2014 Scion tc from Mr. Scott Nannini, he treated me with the sort of patience, sincerity and respect I would normally expect when purchasing luxury class, not "aff from Mr. Scott Nannini, he treated me with the sort of patience, sincerity and respect I would normally expect when purchasing luxury class, not "affordable class". Scott listened carefully to my description of why I needed a new car, and of how I would be using it. He helped me to troubleshoot about my automobile-shopping priorities, such as the fact that safety is my first priority, but that I'm on a limited budget. At all times, I felt that my purchasing needs came first, before his own need to make a sale. He also gave me a very fair deal on my trade-in. Scott Nannini is a gem. Likewise, Mr. Nai Saechao in finance was equally patient while explaining the logic and math behind the paperwork details of our deal. Finally, in customer relations, Ms. Frances Siria and Mr. Alvin Kumar made certain that I understood exactly how to use my new automobile's features before sending me on my way. I believe that my Scion-purchasing experience at Elk Grove Toyota is the perfect model of how an automobile deal should proceed. By the way, it was Valentine's Day, so Scott gave me chocolates (See's candy- yum!!), and Nai gave me a beautiful Scion keychain. Frances had her office decorated with balloons; (I don't know whether that was for car-shoppers to "feel the fun" of the day, or because her sweetheart send it to her, but it sure worked on me). This sales team's patience, courtesy, attitude, thoroughness, and enthusiasm made my Valentines Day 2014 car purchase a truly festive occasion, and they have earned my loyalty. More

Since I was ignorant in this area, this was extremely helpful. The follow up e-mails on advice were very helpful.
