I have received the best dealer service from Andy Tran, one of the Service Advisors. He was professional and made sure my car that I bought from this dealer was taken care of. He got my tailgate window def one of the Service Advisors. He was professional and made sure my car that I bought from this dealer was taken care of. He got my tailgate window defroster fixed. I live in San Fran Bay Area which is a 2 hour drive to the Dealer and Andy made sure all of my car services were completed in time for me to drive back home earlier., it was worth the long drive and I wished for Victor Reynoso to commend Andy’s excellent customer interaction skills. Even though I live far, I would still drive to this Dealer as long as Andy is my Service Advisor. Thank you Andy. More

Time of service was way too long. I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. Furthermore, no car wash was prov I had a 935a appt and wasn’t done until 1230p for an oil change. My previous services done were in 2 hours or less. Furthermore, no car wash was provided when that has been done routinely as a courtesy. With how much the service was, the little things and details were overlooked and seemed like the customer service was deeply lacking. This has been the service shop for our vehicles but other dealerships we’ve dealt with in the past have done more for less. Respectfully, 6/10 on this visit. More
