We could't get approved through our Credit Union for the fourth car, but no problem at Elk Grove Toyota. Jeremy Coffelt was our sales rep and he is amazing. Ask for him by name. I've never had anyone treat me with so much respect and so little pressure. He actually talked me out of buying a car that would have been an impulse decision, but not in our family's best interest. I found out later, that particular car would have meant a lot to him because it had a special bonus attached to it. What integrity! Nai was our Finance guy and he is incredibly nice and zero pressure on all the extras that a dealership usually tries to push on you. We enjoyed visiting with him and the paperwork process was fast and seamless. I won't shop anywhere else ever again...unless of course Jeremy Coffelt moves to another dealership...he's so mild mannered and focused on the customer, it is a relief compared to the usual dealership experience. He would call occasional to see if I was still interested in getting the RAV 4, but that would be it. Ez, let me make mind up on my own and he let me think it out until I was ready to get another car, since it had been 12 years since I have had a new car, so Ez Barham was the perfect sales associate for me and I am glad that I went with Toyota and I am glad that Ex was the sales associate who walked outside to great me. The overall experience for me at Toyota was great. And I think that Ez Barham was the person who made my experience of getting my new Toyota RAV 4 the best. More

Jordan at Elk Grove Toyota renewed my faith in dealerships and sales people by helping my buy the perfect 2007 Chevy Mailbu that fit in my budget and is an amazing dream car. I was skeptical only because Elk Grove is so far away from my home town in the Bay Area and wasn't sure I would even be able to get the car. He responded back with haste and made sure the car fit my every need. This purchase was painless and a breeze compared to my experience two months ago and made me leave feeling valued for my business not used for my money. Recently I had the catalytic converters stolen from my SUV. Insurance company towed the car to the dealer and Mark was amazingly helpful and worked with my insurance to get everything done in 24 hours. The service was excellent, the finished work was excellent and the turn around time was fantastic. Mark really went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and had a great experience during this unfortunate and stressful time.
