Routine service. I had a schedule service appointment. I drove up to the service entrance and was immediately contacted by a service representative. He explained wha I had a schedule service appointment. I drove up to the service entrance and was immediately contacted by a service representative. He explained what they would do and the service was completed promptly. It was done in a time frame which was quicker than I had expected. There was a nice waiting room / lounge to wait in. They even had complimentary coffee and donuts. Unfortunately the donuts were already gone when I arrived at 9:45. The only recommendation I have is that they have more donuts available. They are doing an excellent job since the only thing I can nitpick is not enough donuts. I give them a 5 star review. More
