Enjoyable Purchasing Experience Overall a very rewarding car buying experience. Found the car I wanted on-line, requested a quote and was pleased with the offer. The entire staff was extremely concerned about sanitation given COVID-19 and all wore masks, gloves and offered gloves an hand sanitizer and gloves to all customers. All surfaces were sanitized as well as computers, and keyboards. The car was completely sanitized before entering including keys and door handles. As with all new car purchases there were loads of questions and information requests but the staff were extremely friendly and personable. Thanks Bill, Patrick and Jeanette. Enjoyed the no pressure approach when options and upgrades were discussed including warranty and insurance options. This is the second car that we have purchased from Elk Grove Toyota and have been totally impressed with the service we received with the first car over the years and we are confident we will receive the same service in the future. Overall very satisfied. We have been customers at Toyota for about 20 yrs.We have always been treated with respect and with good courtesy. We have two very minor complaints:At one time a dollar was taken from the car console.We did not mention it due to the unimportance.On our last service on22April2020,we discovered that a styluss was missing.I hope I spelled the item correct.It is a pen/pencil like item to change the radio selections without having to leave fingerprints.We do not recall the cost of the item.The dollar and cost of the item is irelevant.What items will be missing next time?We are sure it is the oversight of a single employee.Thoughts of that employee shoud be:How does his actions reflect on the Dealership and other personell.Thyank You,Pedro and Antonia Duran More
