Without initial phone rapport & sense of trust, I would not continue regardless of price. Marissa was congenial, informative & seemingly trustworthy. Price also agreeable to me so we proceeded. Forester Sport was in transit with estimated 2+ wk. delivery date. Marissa said she'd be on top of it. Important because dealership doesn't take deposits so car not assured even though I agreed to purchase. Not the best policy but no fault of Marissa. Delivery date kept moving up but Marissa communicated status each time. Total time at dealership on purchase day was 90 min. Granted no test drive as already owner of 2019 Crosstrek. Marissa had documents ready & got me into Dave in Finance with little wait. He was also friendly, seemingly trustworthy & professional. I live 80+ miles away from Elk Grove Subaru but decided to buy there based not only on price but primarily due to Marissa. A most pleasant & efficient COVID era vehicle purchase. Entire process barely a wk. I'd recommend Marissa to any potential Subaru purchasers! More

Never did I feel pressured, she was super informative and helpful with all of the questions I had and throughout the it was such a great experience! Fantastic experience! Needed to buy a car quickly, and with certain colors and features. Aaron got my info over phone, and located what I wanted immediately.
