I seen an online ad for Elk Grove Subaru and indicated what car I was looking for. Marissa Anderson responded back with a great offer. Pam did an awesome job! I corresponded with her for several weeks. I came to Elk Grove because of the efforts she made. She worked hard to find what we wanted and get it at a price within our budget. I researched for months to decide on the make and model I wanted. Not only did she give me a realistic rundown on the comparison of the different Subarus I was interested in, she didn’t Tommy to talk me into something I didn’t want or need. The experience was comfortable, and I didn’t feel pressure. Jeremy in finance was great as well, he took the time to talk through all the warranty info, and get us out the door is a timely manner.
