We were very happy with the service we received from Elk Grove Subaru. We were thinking of replacing our 2011 Outback. We were really happy with 'Subi', but he was getting up there in age. We had looked on line and found the color of an Outback we both really liked that also had all the options we were looking for, but it was up in Washington. None of the dealerships in our area had one. Rich Straley, from Elk Grove contacted us one evening, took our information and said he would get back to us. The next morning, he called and told us he had found our car in the Bay Area and would have it in Elk Grove by that evening. The whole buying process was easy and professional. My husband loves his cars and is a Classic car nut. Surprisingly, at age 71 this is his first new car. We are both happy as clams. Thank you. More

I was looking to buy an Impreza and saw a used one on the lot while I was getting my car serviced. I came back about a month or two later and was met by Gee. He was extremely easy to talk to and helped me ge lot while I was getting my car serviced. I came back about a month or two later and was met by Gee. We chatted through text messages while I sorted out my priorities and he did not rush my decision at all. When I had everything sorted out, he helped advise me on how to build my credit and sent me over to talk with Jeremy for financing. Jeremy was able to fill in whole conversations while we filled out the paperwork and made the process easy to understand while also giving his own real life experiences about what he would want in his own car (tried and tested out by his own 11 year old). I was able to decide for myself what was most important and he didn't try to oversell anything that I felt that I did not need. Overall this was an incredibly easy experience that gained a new customer! More
