I had one of the best positive experiences purchasing a brand new car from Elk Grove Subaru. The staff was very customer oriented. They worked with me and made sure I am happy with the price of the car, an brand new car from Elk Grove Subaru. The staff was very customer oriented. They worked with me and made sure I am happy with the price of the car, and with monthly payments. Sales man was extremely polite and listened to what I had to say. I never heard a word "NO" from any of the staff. I heard them say: "we will do our best to make sure you are happy with your purchase" I got a great price, below market value. Sales manager personally thanked me for buying a car from them. Finance Manager even worked the numbers to lower my monthly payments. I highly recommend Elk Grove Subaru for everybody who wants to make a great purchase and have a great experience doing it. More

We just purchased Subaru Outback there. Originally we went to Roseville Auto-mall, but the customer service there was so bad that we decided to drive 30 miles to Elk Grove Auto-mall. The customer service here is phenomenal, our sales guy was Deon who went above and beyond to meet our needs. We got amazing deal and it was fun. We will buy car there again when the time comes.
