We just purchased Subaru Outback there. Originally we went to Roseville Auto-mall, but the customer service there was so bad that we decided to drive 30 miles to Elk Grove Auto-mall. The customer service here is phenomenal, our sales guy was Deon who went above and beyond to meet our needs. We got amazing deal and it was fun. We will buy car there again when the time comes. In all the years that I have bought cars, my experience at Lasher is by far the easiest purchase I have made. From start to finish Mike made it very simple to understand, there were no hidden cost, no added charges, [other than the ones that I opted to purchase] no upsale, I knew exactly what the price was going to be, how much my payments would be, I never saw the guy behind the curtain. I have owned several Subarus in the past, I'm a Subaru owner for life. Just a quick note, my Wife and I were involved in a major accident in my 2013 Outback Wagon, we were rear ended by a very large truck and we were stopped. I'm so glad we were in a Subaru, if we hadn't been i'm sure it would have been a lot worse. I would recommend to anyone buying a new Subaru, go to Lasher, and ask for Mike. You won't be dissapointed.
