Overall, excellent experience! Contacted their internet sales team and very quickly Marissa reached out to us and started was going to be a very pleasant car buying process. She helped us locate the exact car we wanted and guided us through the entire process until our car arrived and signed our papers. She was in constant communication either via email or text messages, and truly made this our best car buying experience ever. The rest of the staff is very courteous and efficient too. Overall very fluid, transparent process and we 100% recommend Elk Grove Subaru!!! More

Everything was good - thank you to Deon and Aaron for your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car to be re-detailed even then the car had water spots, dust and glue from the stickers. When we brought this to Adam Maat’s - sales manager - attention, he got defensive and argumentative- said that if we were not happy with the car to cancel the contract. It was upsetting to hear this as a new customer thus because of this particular incident and person my trust in Elk Grove Subaru has dwindled hence the 1 star. More

Marissa was absolutely amazing! We’ve been in contact with her for over a month and held our hand the entire way... without being pushy.
