Found myself in the unfortunate position of needing a car in a pinch. After discovering the Subaru dealership nearest me didn’t have crosstreks available in stock, I reached out to Elk Grove Subaru even thro in a pinch. After discovering the Subaru dealership nearest me didn’t have crosstreks available in stock, I reached out to Elk Grove Subaru even through it was a significantly further drive. I let Curtis know that I was coming from out of town, and also on vacation while car shopping. He made car shopping and buying a breeze— we had most of our interactions through text message at my request and because of Curtis’ rapid communication and desire to help me, my car was picked out, payments negotiated and situated, and finance applications started before I even stepped foot on the lot. When I arrived my car was out front, Curtis was ready to help me get my financials sorted and on my way. So appreciated working with Curtis and Elk Grove Subaru to make this the easiest process possible for my first car buying experience! More

Overall, excellent experience! Contacted their internet sales team and very quickly Marissa reached out to us and started was going to be a very pleasant car buying process. She was on it, start to finish sales team and very quickly Marissa reached out to us and started was going to be a very pleasant car buying process. She was on it, start to finish! She helped us locate the exact car we wanted and guided us through the entire process until our car arrived and signed our papers. She was in constant communication either via email or text messages, and truly made this our best car buying experience ever. The rest of the staff is very courteous and efficient too. Everything was good - thank you to Deon and Aaron for your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car your great customer service! :) - until the delivery of the car. The detailing of the new car was not up to par I had to wait another day for the car to be re-detailed even then the car had water spots, dust and glue from the stickers. When we brought this to Adam Maat’s - sales manager - attention, he got defensive and argumentative- said that if we were not happy with the car to cancel the contract. It was upsetting to hear this as a new customer thus because of this particular incident and person my trust in Elk Grove Subaru has dwindled hence the 1 star. More
