We were not in the market to buy a car but the last one gave out. We were open minded and test drove a bunch of different models. We came to Elk Grove Subaru and we are happy we did. Joe did a wonderful job of asking about what we liked and didn't like about other cars we drove, and what we were looking for in our next car. I was leaning towards the forester and he explained to me that what I loved about the Ascent wasn't available in the forester but that I would probably love the Outback with the turbo engine. He was right. We love the car! With the chip shortage, I knew we would have to wait and I was okay with that. During that two week period, I had other questions that I text to Joe and he always responded with helpful answers! The delivery process was wonderful and Joe spent a lot of time going over each feature so by the time we drive away we knew what all the bells and whistles were for. Going into the finance office, We knew what additional items we wanted and Mike did a great job explaining the different price breaks with the different packages and what we could do without. I think we were only in the finance office for about an hour. He was wonderful and we were in and out. Elk Grove Subaru also offers a redelivery program that I thought was great. They go in depth on all the features. I was experiencing a rattle and Mike came out to take a look. He scheduled me an appointment and I have since been into the service department a few times for the additional items we purchased. Everyone there is so nice and friendly. They greet you when you pull up. They were even training someone one time I was in there and they help and explain everything to the new person and I enjoy seeing that.
