They seem to be well organized in doing business. The staff was friendly and eager to help me with a purchase of the second Subaru, after buying a Forester last year. The financial service staff member was was most helpful while the sales staff were a little bit disorganized for assignment of the staff. At the beginning, I had to deal with a staff member who seemed to be interested in building a relationship with me, elaborating some of his opinions that had nothing to do with the transaction at hand. I needed to interrupt him to get back to the issue at hand. Other than that he was somewhat helpful. The staff who took over in the middle because the original staff was too busy to work with me, didn’t seem to know much about the car and not quite ready to do transaction but she learned quick and finalized the transaction, although she had to rely on other staff and even myself. More
