Wow what a pleasant way to get a new car! Many thanks to Mike Carlson for being right there at the beginning to help me through the process. To top it off Mike's clear and straight forward approach mixed with his easygoing manner actually made it a fun experience! My only regret is that Subaru did not magically have "my car" in the lot so Mike sent my order in. He's been keeping me up on it's progress. The nice part is I'll get to work with Mike again while I wait for delivery😊 More
