I was extremely pleased with the help I received from Richard Straley! I knew what car I was interested and he found it waiting to be added to inventory, lucky me! He was on top of every little detail. If he didn’t know an exact answer, he let me know, found out, and called me back. The process was so quick! Not having to go into the dealership and possibly miss the car I wanted was amazing. They even drove the car out to my house, 40 miles away, to let me do a test drive it…. The last piece for me to make sure this car was for me. It’s for me alright! I signed the documents, and I had my new car. The new car arrived on time and we walked (drove) out with a new car with even more safety features which sold us to trade the 2018 Forester long before our normal time. They seem to be well organized in doing business. The staff was friendly and eager to help me with a purchase of the second Subaru, after buying a Forester last year. The financial service staff member was was most helpful while the sales staff were a little bit disorganized for assignment of the staff. At the beginning, I had to deal with a staff member who seemed to be interested in building a relationship with me, elaborating some of his opinions that had nothing to do with the transaction at hand. I needed to interrupt him to get back to the issue at hand. Other than that he was somewhat helpful. The staff who took over in the middle because the original staff was too busy to work with me, didn’t seem to know much about the car and not quite ready to do transaction but she learned quick and finalized the transaction, although she had to rely on other staff and even myself.
