Once I was at Elk Grover Subaru to sign the papers, Mike explained all the ins and outs of the Subaru to me, helped me understand what I could do with all of the exciting new features. I loved my experience and most of it was through the phone and online! They even held the vehicle for me for a few extra days so I could purchase it as I was still on vacation. I contacted Marissa online n after checking out of dealerships I decided to give Marissa our business because of her honesty on how I should handle my trade in. I inquired about a crosstrek basic and Marissa Anderson quickly responded and was very knowledgeable and patient and caring. Though my credit situation was not good she made me feel still important and thr quickly responded and was very knowledgeable and patient and caring.
