Once I was at Elk Grover Subaru to sign the papers, Mike explained all the ins and outs of the Subaru to me, helped me understand what I could do with all of the exciting new features. I loved my experience and most of it was through the phone and online! They even held the vehicle for me for a few extra days so I could purchase it as I was still on vacation.
