Was looking for a Subaru Crosstrek for our daughter online and came across Elk Grove Subaru. Mike, the Internet salesman was very helpful with our purchase. Spoke with him one day and the next day we w online and came across Elk Grove Subaru. Mike, the Internet salesman was very helpful with our purchase. Looked on line and saw the car I've been waiting for 3 months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Spoke to TJ and he said it would be ready for me to come up and months from another dealership. I was beyond excited that Subaru Elk Grove had it. Spoke to TJ and he said it would be ready for me to come up and test drive. Got there and within 1 hour I was driving my new car on the road. Mike Lagandaon, Finance Manager was excellent as well as Rachel and TJ. 1st time I've bought a car in 10 years, and they are not like your typical sales people, they are friendly as can be. The entire staff are very professional people. I would recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

They had the car we wanted in stock, Rich got us in and out the door during the sales process with incredible speed (we live 2+ hours away, so he knew we wanted the process to be fast), finance was fast and easy, and they matched the price we'd been quoted by other dealers without a ton of superfluous back and forth.
