This review is based on Curtis's service, since we mostly dealt with him. He was very friendly, but a bit overbearing and did not give us much space when we said we needed to discuss amongst ourselves. He dealt with him. He said nice things, but turned around and offered us a terrible deal, only decreasing it to a more reasonable APR after being asked multiple times. He also promised us $500 off when we started to leave for lunch (even though we had said we would come back), then tried to get out of his offer when we held him to it later. All in all, he made all of us at least a little bit uncomfortable. On the other hand, Omar was friendly, personable, and professional in every aspect of his service. He made us feel that we could trust him and he would find us the best deal possible. I would recommend him highly to anyone looking to finance a car. More

I was looking everywhere I possibly could, even out of state, for the car I wanted. I dealt with many dealerships and absolutely hated the process. "You want me to back it out for you, little lady?" I came across Elk Grove Subaru, and they definitely had the best prices around! I went from looking for a used car to thinking, "hey, I can afford a brand new one!" They beat the prices on some of the used ones I was looking at. So, I made an offer online. I got a response within minutes. I was very clear on what I wanted and for what price and Zach worked with me to get me the price I wanted, and was very responsive. I drove to the dealership the next day to pick up my new car, with my stepdad. There was no hassle, no trying to sell me on anything else. They gave me exactly what I wanted, and my stepdad a hot dog :), didn't try to get me to buy anything else, and they were friendly. I feel like I got a great deal and a better car than I set out to get. I love my new Subaru and I got it to fit our dog crate and it fits so perfectly!
