Elk Grove Subaru

I initially called Elk Grove Subaru after having a very bad experience at Maita Subaru. I had pre-qualified for the low interest rate promotion and was ready to buy a 2012 WRX in WR Blue Pearl; however, M bad experience at Maita Subaru. When I called Elk Grove Subaru I was put in contact with David Melo. I explained what I wanted and he assured me that he would be able to get me the car I wanted. We set an appointment date of the following day. When I got to the appointment my pregnant wife and I were met by Dave with pleasantness and professionalism. He got my wife something to eat and made us feel at home. He was able to find a car that completely fit my criteria (most importantly in WR Blue Pearl). One of the cars he found had more options than we intended to get, but the price was so good we went with that car. The car arrived to the dealership the next day with only 24 miles on the odometer. The car was perfect and so was our experience at Elk Grove Subaru and with David Melo. My wife went into labor only hours after we took deliver of the car and we are now proud parents of a beautiful baby boy. Had we not been taken care of so well, we may have been without a car for some time. Great job! More

The buying experience was amazing!! There was no haggling over pricing which has always been my experience when buying a new car. The sales representative, Bob Haley, was very friendly, low-pressure, and worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle. Prior to working with Bob, we had visited Elk Grove Subaru when we were just sta low-pressure, and worked with us to get a great deal on the vehicle. Everyone we encountered was helpful and informative, and willing to work with us. Asked some questions of Kurtis Klima about our newly purchased car, and he was quite helpful, too. Omar Feda made all the paper signing go smoothly (and who likes all of that endless paperwork?!). He was pleasant, and when he had to try to sell the extended warranty, again it was not high-pressure. Overall, great experience. Upon entering the dealership we were immediately approached by Dave Melo, who when asked , showed us to the exact model we wanted to purchase. Dave was friendly, and knowledgeable concerning the features offered on the cars he showed us. He let us drive both the four and the six cylinder models so that we could decide for ourselves which one we liked more. He was up, on all of the paperwork we had to fill out. The day we purchased our car, we had a very short window of time to spend at the dealership, (2 hours). We have purchased several new cars in our life, and this has been the best car buying experience to date. We had looked on line at comparable vehicles, and found Lasher Subaru's prices even better.
