Mike Waller was my initial contact when I first looked at Subaru a couple months ago. He was polite, engaging, relaxed and showed me several cars without pressure which I enjoyed. After test driving a few of Subaru's cars, as well as a few others from other dealerships, I decided to order a new Impreza through Mike Waller which took around 9 weeks. The only critique for Mike W would be to keep in touch with the customer while they are waiting for the order to arrive as I had to call him to check on the status of the car. I met Mike Lagandaon after I started signing the paperwork to finalize everything and go over loan options. He actually was very pushy with trying to get me the extended warranty, when I clearly didn't want it and said so on several occasions. I had an overall good experience with Subaru and enjoy my car, but was put-off by Mike L and almost decided to go to another dealership, right before finalizing the paperwork because of his pushiness. I understand that it's his job to sell me on extra things and will make more money for himself and the dealership, but the way he went about it was very abrasive and if I didn't have such a good experience with Mike Waller than I would of left.
