Elk Grove Subaru

We want to share our experience buying a car at Elk Grove Subaru. Actually we tried buying an Outback closre to home (Modesto).We had a real bad experience there and just walked out.Next morning I called Elk Subaru. I was real fortunate to have gotten Carl Volk. He was great, I told him what I was looking for, he said there may be 2 or 3 Outbacks like I wanted. He called me back within 30 minutes, I made an appointment for the next morning, drove 1 1/2 hours, met Carl, and bought our 2012 Outback. First car he showed us. Cedric Martin was very helpful. When I first came to the dealership, I still had no idea what kind of car I wanted. He knew I wanted something that was a gas saver, so he walked me through all the ones he t dealership, I still had no idea what kind of car I wanted. We had a very good experience with Dave Melo and Omar. Dave was very helpful and knowledgeable about the cars and the brand in general. Even though we were there very late after the dealership had closed for the evening they in no way made us feel rushed into a decision.
