MY wife and I bought a 2013 Outback 2.5i Limited from Elk Grove Subaru on October 6, 2012. Elk Grove Subaru demolished all of our low expectations with fantastic customer service and a relatively painless and quick process. We worked with Ross Sall and also had contact with Saun Mir and Omar Feda. We can say without any hesitation that Ross provided great service and is a genuinely warm and helpful person. We made three visits to Elk Grove Subaru before buying and even though the first two visits were information gathering and test driving only, we always felt welcome. Even the day we went to make a deal, we never felt pressure and felt like Ross, Suan and Omar were more concerned that we were making a good decision and getting what we wanted than with making a sale. Negotiating a fair price was easy -- we had done our homework, I told Ross what we wanted to pay, and with one gracious and quick discussion, we got what we believe is a very fair price for our new Outback. Even though there is a ton of information available on the internet, Ross really knew the Outback and offered plenty of good information and advice. We are thrilled with our car buying experience and would highly recommend Lasher Elk Grove Subaru to anyone thinking about buying a new Subaru. More
