I wasn't expecting much in terms of service as I've had bad experiences with dealers in the past. However, they exceeded my expectations and I'm very confident and comfortable with my purchase. They even reduced the price on the car a bit just to get my financing in working order. My sales rep was Ross Sall and there couldn't have been a better person to deal with. You get a great sense of camaraderie between coworkers there as they all seem like family. There is nothing that I would've changed about my experience as there was nothing negative that I had to say about it. The process took about 3 hours total and it was well worth the wait. More
