Worst experience ever. We were talked down too by sales man. He argued with us and called me and my wife down too. He also held our keys so we couldn't leave. By the end he was almost yelling at us. I was looking for a car and decided to try online. I absolutely hate dealing with salesmen of old and playing that game of negotiating a price. Mike Carlson of Elk Grove Suburu was the first to contact me of several dealers regarding the quoted prices. From the beginning Mike seemed to care about what I wanted in a new car. we had several back and forth with email and phone at the same time I was getting calls and email from other dealerships. Mikes contacts were always friendly with no pressure. The car I wanted based on color was sold the day before I was to see Mike personally. He called me up the the bad news and I decided to come into the shop anyway to see what else might be available. We met talked walked around and he showed me that I could afford a better version for the same price should I decide to wait for the car delivery in a few weeks. Again no pressure just facts. A quick phone call to confer with my wife and we decided to by the car. Clean simple no hassel. We got more than we wanted and a brand new car to boot, all because of Mike Carlson.
