Elk Grove Subaru

Before going to Elk Grove Subaru, I was in contact with Napa Subaru (I highly do not recommend them!) who decided to change the price on me as I stepped foot of their lot. On top of that, they did not have Napa Subaru (I highly do not recommend them!) who decided to change the price on me as I stepped foot of their lot. On top of that, they did not have vehicle that I was promise to be available and was trying to sell me to an upgraded vehicle that I did not care for. Why pay for something you don't want ? What kind of business are they running there ? Definitely not what a respectable dealership should be doing like Elk Grove Subaru. On to the review of this fine establishment... I spoke with Gavin McPoll over the phone as we were negotiating on the price and he brought the price down close enough to my desired price; he asked that I come in to negotiate further and I agreed as I also wanted to get the awesome financing deal before it ended the next two days. I drove to Elk Grove and met with Bruce Cunningham as Gavin left to drop off another car he sold earlier. Bruce was very accommodating, he offered a donut after knowing that I was hungry, which I gladly accepted. I had to point out this tidbit because the donuts were not owned by Bruce, but his co-worker's (Mike?) - shows how great of a team they have at Elk Grove. Bruce had the information that Gavin and I were working on earlier; Bruce was able to bring the price further down to my satisfaction. Once I was happy with price, I worked with Brandon who did my financing. Brandon laid out everything; he did calculations of all of my options and gave me an awesome 60 month financing deal that was close to their 48 month financing deal. All in all, I had a great experience with Elk Grove Subaru throughout the entire buying process. In a few weeks, I plan on getting my new Forester serviced at Elk Grove and will write another review for the service as well. Thank you Elk Grove Subaru for a seamless transaction. More

In very direct contrast to our experience at other dealerships, everyone at Elk Grove Subaru was friendly, considerate, professional and customer-oriented. At every point in the interactions we felt respected and affirmed. Mike Carlson was especially helpful. And Mike Lagandaon in Finance was exceptional. We have bought many cars over the years, the most recent ones being in hassle-free situations because of the upfront research we've done and our understanding of the sales and pricing process. But this buying process at Elk Grove Subaru stands out above all the others for the real consideration we were given. We got the exact model we wanted, at the price we had determined based on internet research and local comparisons, and we got 0% financing! The biggest surprise was that we had expected a maximum of 36 months 0% financing, and we emerged with 48 months!
