My hat goes off to Zach H. I visited another Subaru dealership prior to seeing Zach. I was “prequalified” at the other dealership. I was not even taken seriously. Best experience I've ever had buying a new car. Carl was super knowledgeable and easy to work with. He was able to answer all my questions and shared useful information. Talked first to Dickson Yip about a new Outback. A no- nonsense price was offered and accepted. I didn't feel pressured to buy Subaru, the salesman (Dickson) was very casual and non pushing. He ensured that I understood every part of the vehicle that I was purchasing. Was a little hesitant about going out car shopping alone at my age. But, all employees treated me well. Mr. Dickson was great at making me feel comfortable in the car when I took it out for a test drive. This was the first time I have ever been in any model of a Subaru; but was pleasantly surprised as to the feel of it. I eventually plan to move to Colorado and I will need a vehicle that would do well in snow (light) and I needed to pick one that there was a dealership near the town that I was moving to; therefore this is the one that my son-in-law and daughter wanted me to purchase.
