I went to Mike Carlson because he was so great when I leased my Impreza. He recommended an Outback this time but of course left it up to me to decide after the test ride. Was he ever right. I loved my Impreza and had a hard time saying goodbye to it (yes, I did say goodbye and even gave it a hug lol). Guess what! I now have a new love...my Outback. Mike was professional, thorough and answered all my questions just like my last experience with him. In fact, when he briefly left to set up the financing and have the car detailed there were three other customers (2 of them had previously purchased from Mike) who were asking for him only...wow?
