Such an incredible buying experience! Clark V. was my sales associate, and I am SO thankful for him. When I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I straight up told Clark, Clark V. was my sales associate, and I am SO thankful for him. When I came to test drive the vehicle I was interested in, I straight up told Clark, I would be test driving multiple vehicles that day and would not be purchasing then. Clark continued to provide me with excellent service and information, and did not pressure me in ANY way to make a decision or cut my test drive short so he could get back out with other customers. Clark never made me feel pressured or intimidated by the car buying process. Once I decided I was ready to purchase, which was a few days later, Clark was again with me every step of the way, making sure I knew what everything was, and each step we were taking. Additionally, as Clark was doing a final walk through of the vehicle I was trading in, he found a $20 bill under my seat and gave it to me! I was so impressed by his integrity, not everyone would have given that $20 back and it would have easily slipped into their own pocket. Everyone I interacted with at Elk Grove Subaru was warm and friendly, and I felt welcomed the moment I entered the building. I didn't feel ashamed or intimidated to ask questions, and never felt pressured to anything I didn't want to do or make any purchases/addons that I didn't want.
