Vehicle stores no error codes; dealer charges $225 for diagnostics. Of what - computer tells nothing! What the xxxx they diagnosing? Then I’m told if warning light comes on again, immediately bring v diagnostics. Of what - computer tells nothing! What the xxxx they diagnosing? Then I’m told if warning light comes on again, immediately bring vehicle to be serviced AND do NOT turn vehicle off. So if warning light comes on a SA or SU (when dealer does no diagnostics), I am supposed to drive it there and leave it running for how many hours? Plus, I was advised it is OK to drive vehicle with “refill inverter coolant” warning displayed. (Inverters modulate electrical flow between high and low voltage systems.) Service department description of services doesn’t say whether coolant was added or whether coolant was evaluated for contamination. And it took a week for these pearls of wisdom! F Hyundai! Save $25 per unit for chips that can’t store error codes? More
