Great service! Friendly staff! I brought my Santa Fe in for recall work. The facility is beautiful and clean. I was greeted by the nicest man who smiled and asked m Friendly staff! He brought me to the check in counter where the young lady was just as nice and friendly. She even asked me if I needed a ride home! I also very much appreciated how they email me the write up of other things they found so I could choose which items I wanted to add to the work order and know exactly how much the repairs cost before I picked up my vehicle. Very pleased with my first experience at Elk Grove Hyundai!! More

The service department is wonderful if you have an appointment for basic service, but don't have your car break down. My car broke down. I had it towed to the dealership for repairs as it was under wa appointment for basic service, but don't have your car break down. My car broke down. I had it towed to the dealership for repairs as it was under warranty and no one seemed to know anything. They had no loaner available for me told me it would be at least 10 days before they could even look at it and as much as 30 days to repair. After several days of me calling and yelling I was able to get my car fixed in 4 days. When I get my car back my key fob didn't work (even though it worked perfectly fine when I have them my key) and there were popcorn and food wrappers in my car! When I asked about that I was told well maybe it's the battery! Replaced the battery and it still doesn't work. The dealership won't fix that either. Way to go Hyundai! More
Service Department does poor work and now a 2 month delay in getting an appointment! They have seen my 2019 Kona electric twice to repair under warranty my 12 volt battery system. Irving is the best Irving helped me so much!!! My engine went out, he took care of everything....He got my rental ready, took care of my warranty and I had my car back w Irving helped me so much!!! Terrible! Came in for the oil change service, service staff almost let me drive of without a back light! His question was, "do you want to me to replace that??" Then I drive the car home and its shaking and seizing! I call and he says, "We don't balance the tires we just rotate them". Next time I'm calling my uncle what a waste...my car is in worse shape than when I brought it to them. More

They don't care about how long we have to wait around I dropped off my wheel and tire on Monday - blowout for specialty tire - I was told they would call on Tuesday - finally called back and was told to c I dropped off my wheel and tire on Monday - blowout for specialty tire - I was told they would call on Tuesday - finally called back and was told to come in at 2:00 on Wednesday. Get there 10 minutes early (silly me!) and have to wait two hours. Service guy says he was waiting for a phone call in regards to our wheel. Why didn't he call us and tell us to come in a hour later? He was so impressed with himself because he was "trying really hard and everyone was so sorry and we just needed to understand." He told us they were "just finishing up and they would come and get us." I followed him out and low and behold, they hadn't even put the wheel back on the car yet. More
