My first purchase was fully paid, and the second was completed in November 2024. I've always appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere here. However, I had a significantly negative experience with an individual named Dominic during my most recent visit. His demeanor and communication were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Specifically, he made comments such as, "So, you had all this service done? You know, these things aren't free," and pointed out items I hadn't requested or understood. His overall attitude gave me the impression that he was unhappy with his job, which negatively impacted my experience. As a repeat customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, similar to the positive interactions I've had previously. Customer service is crucial, and word-of-mouth recommendations are essential for your business. I'm concerned that this single interaction with Dominic has discouraged me from future purchases and recommending your dealership to family and friends. I strongly recommend that you evaluate your customer service agents to ensure they maintain a consistently professional and welcoming environment.
