My first purchase was fully paid, and the second was completed in November 2024. I've always appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere here. However, I had a significantly negative experience with an individual named Dominic during my most recent visit. His demeanor and communication were unprofessional and made me feel unwelcome. Specifically, he made comments such as, "So, you had all this service done? You know, these things aren't free," and pointed out items I hadn't requested or understood. His overall attitude gave me the impression that he was unhappy with his job, which negatively impacted my experience. As a repeat customer, I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy, similar to the positive interactions I've had previously. Customer service is crucial, and word-of-mouth recommendations are essential for your business. I'm concerned that this single interaction with Dominic has discouraged me from future purchases and recommending your dealership to family and friends. I strongly recommend that you evaluate your customer service agents to ensure they maintain a consistently professional and welcoming environment. If an employee is dissatisfied with their role, it's detrimental to both the customer experience and your business reputation. Horrible experience for my first time in the service department. Brand new car 6700 miles… came in for an oil change and mentioned that an engine light had come on - not on at time of service appt - was department. Brand new car 6700 miles… came in for an oil change and mentioned that an engine light had come on - not on at time of service appt - was told they could investigate at the cost of $232… I have a bumper to bumper warranty and what? Apparently the alignment was also off but for $129 they could realign. Great feature but I am not off roading so how do I know you didn’t deliver it to me that way. Tech said normally needs to be done at 12000 miles still only at 6700. Paid and asked to have a manager call me to discuss. Still waiting for the call folks. We had an amazing sales experience and were promised we would be treated like family with service dept. Well I don’t know about you but I don’t nickel and dime my family and not return their calls. Think twice about getting your vehicle serviced here. More
Pleased to find a dealership service bay that provides service per appointment and keeps to agreed timelines for service.
