Service department is horrible I previously paid for a invalid diagnosis on a Saturday paid for a part that didn't come until Tuesday I took off work and I brought my car in at 11: I previously paid for a invalid diagnosis on a Saturday paid for a part that didn't come until Tuesday I took off work and I brought my car in at 11:30 a.m.on a Wednesday and mu car is still is not done. I was told by one of your service advisor Matt W. That the post that was needed is there and that my car will immediately be worked on that was at 3:30 when I called ...I called back before closing and was told that my car has to now stay overnight because of a missed diagnosis And not being treated as a high priority due to an error on the establishment's part that took place on Saturday. I asked for an updated status in the morning at around 7:30 So that I won't be inconvenienced due to their error and was told no. I am hoping I can get my car at 830 tomorrow morning So that I don't miss my appointment. More

Kept us on track Special kudos to Tim Hoefling and his mechanic Jose for getting us back on the road last March 29th when our water pump and serpentine belt blew up. S Special kudos to Tim Hoefling and his mechanic Jose for getting us back on the road last March 29th when our water pump and serpentine belt blew up. Stranded along hiway 104 heading for Arizona, Tim got us in and fixed later thay day and saved us from a real headache. Greatly appreciated, gentlemen....thanks for a job well done! More

Tried calling several times throughout the day to check on the status - no one would answer the phone. Showed up after work at 5:30p to pick the car up. Nothing had been done. Waited there. All they did was fix the seat and now the car is worse off than it was before. The airbag light is on and they didn't know how to make it go away. The seat slides back and forth worse than it did before. And the MOST ANNOYING PART OF ALL is anyone who sits in my passenger seat and buckles their seatbelt gets to ride in a car that doesn't register the seatbelt and CONSTANTLY RINGS at you the entire time. More

I never dreamed that I would be able to part with my sweet Caliber. But I did and we are very happy with our new Journey. More

Today I called ahead as I was coming from Modesto they told me to be there by 04:00 pm I was there by 03:20 and was told sorry we can't help you come back Monday. Terrible customer service on the express desk I explained I called ahead and they clearly let me know that they didn't care that I drove 65 miles to the dealership. What's the point of buying a Dodge Challenger and a 300 if I can't get basic service like a simple oil change. The need training from folks like Jim Azbill who cares and tries everything to help the customer. More
Service Department I purchased a 2013 Ram from EG and was very happy with dealing with Jay. I have had some issues with my truck having a vibration which I have had into I purchased a 2013 Ram from EG and was very happy with dealing with Jay. I have had some issues with my truck having a vibration which I have had into the dealer four times with no results fixing the problem. I have dealt with Kevin in service twice only to be treated like I was bothering him each time. Today,I picked up my truck after dropping it off four days ago for no air conditioning, same vibration,and nothing was fixed. Parts were ordered for the air conditioning and I was told they would be in next week. I asked why these parts couldn't be shipped overnight or two day air, they replied they couldn't do this. It has been near 100 degrees this week. I was also told they would send the truck over to a tire shop to have them tires balanced with a special machine, only to be told today to come pick my truck up as the tire shop's machine was broke. I guess this is the only machine in California because there was no attempt to take it elsewhere. I picked up the truck but took the time to tell Kevin he was the worst service writer I have ever dealt with as I had to call several times this week to get status on my truck. Very disappointed and would not recommend this service department due to the attitude and the way customers are treated. More
