Deal w Rich Barbour. He is fantastic to work with! I am very busy and usually do not have time to do these sort of reviews but I want to make an exception for Richard Barbour. I needed to find a daily I am very busy and usually do not have time to do these sort of reviews but I want to make an exception for Richard Barbour. I needed to find a daily driver as I was getting tired of wasting my sports cars as my daily commuters. I have bought many cars in the past and have generally found sales people to be untrustworthy and unreliable. This is NOT the case here! Not at all. I was very surprised as to how easy it was to work with Rich and his team. First, I found that he was very comfortable with texting and emailing. As I said, I am incredibly busy so this convenience is worth a lot to me. I had a ton of questions prior to buying the Cruze and it was so easy to text Rich with my questions. I always received a thorough answer promptly. Furthermore, there was no B.S. when working with Rich. He laid out the numbers clearly, explained the process, and we worked through the details very quickly. This was my first time leasing a car and I still cannot believe how easy the whole process was. Rich was very patient and worked very hard to get me all the rebates I could qualify for. A+ service! Last but not least I am still in contact with Rich. I do not hesitate to text him whenever I have a question about my car and always get a response. I texted him about some accessories a while back and he got it taken care of without me having to check back with him. I think these qualities are very hard to find with a dealer/salesperson, let alone with people in general. I have always hated buying cars, the sales people never listen to what I want just try pushing me into what they think is a good deal. She responded quickly and a few times on her off time via txt from her phone never making me feel like she didn't listen or have time for me. When I finally went to the dealership after 2weeks of shopping and going over options ,Heidi helped me find not just the car I could afford but with so many options I hoped for not expecting to get. Who would have thought I would not just be excited to pick up my new car but meet this person who made it all happen! You couldn't tell we just met all the laughing going on in her office, the friend I brought with me for backup asked if we knew each other . Fast friendly service, listen and cared about my needs , understood the fear of my first big purchase walking me through all my silly questions this girl knows what she doing and I'll be back to buy from her. Plus my friend that was with me when I got my car went back a week later and Heidi helped her also :). I tell everyone about her and how buying from her is the only way to buy cars. If only she would was cars too, lol sorry inside joke but I had to say it Heidi . Thnx B More

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP BEFORE READING" My brother bought a brand new 2011 chevy malibu on saturday May 14th. Well the transmission went out on Monday May 16th on his way home fr READING" My brother bought a brand new 2011 chevy malibu on saturday May 14th. Well the transmission went out on Monday May 16th on his way home from work. After he already picked up his two kids. Two days driving a brand new car and the transmission already failed. Now I know this ultimately might not be the dealerships fault but they simply refused to be even some what helpful. He had the car towed to the dealership and they would not give him a loaner car, rental car, nothing. Not even have someone drive him home. So he had to first have his wife pick up his kids then drive all the way back to pick him up. They did not get home to 10:00 that night. Terrible customer service. Once again do not buy a car from this dealership unless you want the worst service possible. If you don't believe me look at some of their other reviews. You would think in an economy like this, especially GM would go out of their way to help customers. More

If I was rating the salesperson (Ron Powers) I would give this dealership a "great" rating (5*). But we also dealt with the closer (Noel Amick) that I would give a negative number to if I could. Ron gave us great information, was very friendly and we were ready to buy the car. That's when he introduced us to the Assistant Sales Manager, Noel Amick. We made an offer, and he came back with a "counter-offer" that was exactly the sticker price. How is that negotiating? He finally went down a bit, but not enough, and made that final, so we left. Later that afternoon, I called Ron back and asked if there was any wiggle room at all (we really wanted the car). But Noel was the one who called us back, was rude and told me no, that was their price, period. So we bought a car elsewhere. I understand if they can't reduce a price (though our offer wasn't out of line), but it can be done politely and nicely. This was a miserable experience that left both my husband and I angry and frustrated. Look out! More
