Dealership reneged on terms of the written contract As a precondition to purchasing the vehicle in question, the dealership agreed to remove the existing scratches from the rear bumper, front bumper, as As a precondition to purchasing the vehicle in question, the dealership agreed to remove the existing scratches from the rear bumper, front bumper, as well as above the driver side window. The dealership issued a written work order (“Due Bill”) which describes the work to be done as “REMOVE SCRATCHES”. When I picked up the vehicle after the repairs had supposedly been completed, I noticed that the scratches on the front bumper as well as those above the driver side window had NOT been removed. When I brought it up to the finance directory, Mr. Hakim Khan, he reneged on the terms of the written contract, telling me that it was “too expensive” to repair the vehicle. More

Service I Doug Mukai had an appointment on 09/26/2018 @ 1100hrs (Wednesday): As soon as I drove into the service carport I was immediately greeted by Mark Lop I Doug Mukai had an appointment on 09/26/2018 @ 1100hrs (Wednesday): As soon as I drove into the service carport I was immediately greeted by Mark Lopez a service advisor. He was courteous, friendly asked what I was here for, retrieved my vehicle miles, left the keys in my vehicle and walked me to the the service area. Lopez immediately started my service report plus looked up my request regarding the recall on my 2015 GMC Sierra SLT. He advised my that my oil change, rotation, multi-point inspection, plus the recall fix would approximately take 2 1/2 long. That was the first time any service advisor informed me how long my vehicle would take to complete. Overall my services from the service depart has been great the past 3 years since the purchase my truck from the dealership. Keep up the great work!!! Doug MUkai More
